Location: Hawthorn House, Exeter - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office requiredHours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As an HR Business Partner, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks - Water team, supporting them in delivering a commercially focused and legally compliant people plan aligned with business strategy.
Your day to day will include:
-Partnering with operational and functional leads to deliver strategic people solutions
-Managing employee relations and supporting contract mobilisation and demobilisation
-Using data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive change
-Supporting talent acquisition and emerging talent programmes
-Championing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion across the business
What are we looking for?
This role of HR Business Partner is great for you if:
-You're degree qualified (or equivalent experience) with strong HR business partnering experience
-You have excellent employee relations and engagement skills, with up-to-date employment law knowledge
-You're commercially aware, delivery-focused, and confident working with senior stakeholders
