This role requires - Responsibility for providing and delivering expert guidance and comprehensive reporting across all facets of fleet management, ensuring that SWTRA's operational standards and strategic goals are consistently met. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing detailed renewal plans that align with operational needs, collaborating with the procurement team to support tender process, and actively contributing to the establishment and maintenance of a robust, long-term strategy for fleet management.
Work closely with the Safety & Compliance Manager to uphold the highest levels of safety and regulatory compliance within the fleet, ensuring that SWTRA maintains a forward-looking, efficient, and sustainable fleet operation.
We are offering a permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) based at The Quays, Baglan, Neath (Neath Port Talbot) with flexible hybrid working 2 days a week in the office.
