About you:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager to join the team here at Exeter Leisure on a full-time basis.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years previous supervisory experience, and have a good understanding of Health and Safety, preferably within in a leisure environment.

The Duty Manager is crucial in supervising the efficient operation of all recreational activities and driving continuous improvement in the management and operation of the Centre. The significant focus for the successful candidate will be the ability to motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards of service to enhance the customer experience. You should be quality driven, have sound operational, communication and people skills, and be flexible and able to deliver results.
