Summary

As Product Owner, you will own our CRM platforms end-to-end, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and Zendesk for customer service. Your role is to ensure these systems effectively support the entire customer journey—from first contact through sales, billing, and service.

You will act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams, turning requirements into a prioritised product backlog. Working in an agile environment, you will shape the CRM roadmap, drive new features, and align platform capabilities with business goals.

This role requires both technical CRM knowledge and an understanding of commercial processes. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and IT to improve pipeline visibility, revenue operations, service efficiency, and customer experience.

Success means delivering scalable, user-friendly CRM solutions that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and growth. You will also champion best practices, drive adoption, and continuously evolve the platform to meet changing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the CRM roadmap across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and Zendesk.
  • Translate business requirements into prioritised user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Represent business needs and customer perspective in product development.
  • Maintain a backlog aligned to strategic goals and priorities.
  • Lead delivery of CRM features, including CPQ, quote-to-cash workflows, and reporting.
  • Oversee configuration and implementation to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Ensure seamless user experience across sales (Salesforce) and service (Zendesk).
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Service teams to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Work with Salesforce/Zendesk developers to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Support CRM integrations with ERP, data platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and best practices.
  • Promote adoption through training, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Monitor performance and usage to drive continuous platform improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or CRM Business Analyst in a technology or digital environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
  • Familiarity with Zendesk CRM for customer service workflows and ticketing.
  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, and customer service processes.
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

Desirable Experience :-

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Administrator)
  • Understanding of subscription billing models and SaaS revenue operations.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce and Zendesk with ERP, marketing automation, or data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
