Summary

On behalf of iDEALS UK PACKAGING Limited, we are delighted to extend to you an offer of employment for the full-time position of Marketing Manager.

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives revenue, enhances brand visibility, and elevates our customer experience. Your detailed responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Strategic Planning & Brand Management:

Develop, implement, and measure the success of an annual integrated marketing and communications plan that supports our strategic objectives for business development.

Act as the primary brand guardian, ensuring all marketing collateral, communications, and customer-facing materials are consistent with our brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis and customer segmentation, to identify new opportunities and threats.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

Manage and optimise our digital footprint, including the company website, social media channels, and create and manage advertising campaigns on our e-commerce platforms, i.e, Amazon marketplace, eBay, and Etsy. Launch our brand onto new e-commerce platforms such as TikTok.

Design and execute sophisticated email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, promotional newsletters, and segmented customer communications to drive direct bookings and repeat business.

Oversee a dynamic social media strategy, including content calendar creation, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and management of paid social advertising campaigns to maximise ROI (Return On Investment).

Analytics, Budgeting & Reporting:

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, providing detailed monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, web analytics, and ROI.

Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring all activities are delivered within agreed-upon financial parameters.

Utilise data to make informed decisions and pivot strategies as needed to achieve business goals.

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar Marketing and Business Development, Field Sales role would be desirable.
Proven track record of hitting targets and winning business
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
