Summary

A well-established organisation, with a widespread presence across various locations in North Wales, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join their team based near Caernarfon. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in busy kitchen environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional food and beverage services.

As the Catering Assistant your duties will be:

    • Assisting in the delivery of a high quality, efficient catering service
    • Cleaning, tidying and sanitising kitchen equipment, tables and waste bins, including front of house and dining areas before and after service
    • Ensuring food/shelves/displays and beverage machines are restocked and replenished in a timely manner
    • Preparing and serving hot and cold food items for service
    • Serving customers and take payments

    We are keen to talk to you and see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

    • Previous experience working as a Catering Assistant or similar
    • Current food hygiene certificate
    • DBS certificate or willingness to get one
    • Able to work to high standards in a busy environment
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ideally Welsh speaking

      This is a temporary ongoing role, working Monday – Thursday, from 11.00am - 18.00pm (flexibility will be required as shifts can change). In exchange you will receive a competitive hourly pay rate of £12.66 per hour plus holiday pay.
