The Birtenshaw Group are looking to appoint an Administration Manager to manage the administration team and to ensure the smooth
running of the administration offices and support services, across all Birtenshaw services.
Main Responsibilities will include:
* Review current processes and procedures within the office, ensure the needs of the business are met in an efficient and
effective way and to make recommendations for improvement.
* To play a key part in supporting the IT functions across the organisation.
* Ensure tasks are clearly delegated to members of the administration team.
* Liaise with Parents, social workers, SEN teams and education staff in regards to the scheduling of your allocated EHCP reviews.
* Collate all documents from required professionals, summarise the outcomes of EHCP’S and forward all completed documents to
attendees, within the set timescales.
* To maintain the highest standards of professionalism in line with occupational and organisational Codes of Conduct.
This is a full-time, office-based position.
