We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Assembly Operative to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for assembling components and ensuring production targets are met to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Working in a production environment, assembling components and products according to Work Instructions
Checking products for quality and accuracy
Operating hand tools, power tools, or machinery safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred but not essential)
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
