In partnership with the Academy Lead (Radiologist), key elements of the job role will include: Provide and receive highly complex, sensitive and contentious information, including presenting information about projects and dependencies to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in formal settings including NHSE; ICS Diagnostic Leads; NHS Trusts; Imaging Networks; Education Providers; NHSE SE Quality Teams. Employ effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills to enable an effective change management with stakeholders at all levels (including senior management) who may hold differing and contentious views To work with others, including the NHSE SE AHP Lead, the NHSE SE Regional Postgraduate Dean, the NHSE SE Schools of Radiology, and the NHSE SE Cancer & Diagnostics Programme Team to develop further consistency and commonality across education and training in England Ensuring high standards of education and training as defined by the Nursing & Midwifery Council, the Health and Care Professions Council, the General Medical Council, and other national bodies with respect to education and training in the South East. Commitment to regional and national vision, policies, and processes for effective educational quality management. Responsible for ensuring programmes of work are aligned to and successfully deliver regional strategic objectives, KPIs and regulatory compliance. Responsible for the delivery of programmes against short, medium and long-term key performance indicators. Delegating delivery of work, ensuring the appropriate allocation of internal/external resources/expertise to deliver the programmes as required to ensure strategic objectives are met.
