Crynodeb
In addition to offering specialist psychological therapy focused on ameliorating the impact of work-related stressors or trauma, the post holder will also have the opportunity to deliver group-based intervention, supervision, and teaching and training. This may include, for example facilitating reflective practice spaces, providing support to teams after highly impactful events and facilitating training to equip and empower staff in supporting their teams wellbeing. We are therefore looking for an Applied Psychologist or Psychotherapist with an interest, and preferably some experience in, in working therapeutically with trauma, working with groups and an interest in systemic approaches. The postholder will be based at St Lukes Hospital however as in reach input is an essential aspect of service delivery regular travel to the Bradford Royal Infirmary site will be expected as well as travel to community locations.
