Senior Project Manager (Mechanical or Electrical) | Holborn, London | Full Time | £70,000-£85,000, depending on experience

Are you the right person for the job?

You will be a strong fit for this role if you have:

• Proven experience managing large-scale MEP projects (over £5m)
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage project finances
• Competence with project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and digital tools (Aconex, BIM 360, etc.)
• A results-driven, proactive, and professional approach
• HNC / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ( or equivalent experience)
• A commitment to delivering excellence in safety, quality, and client satisfaction

What will your role look like?
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Take overall responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, and handover of multiple MEP projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to the highest quality.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and project partners.
• Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Managers, QS’s, and delivery teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, reporting, and cost plans while driving profitability.
• Oversee installation works, commissioning, and handovers in line with specifications and standards.
• Champion health & safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all projects.
