Crynodeb
We are looking to recruit Early Years Team Leaders to provide high quality childcare at our Daisy Hill and Heaton nurseries in Bradford on a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week.
Required-
NVQ level 3 or above in childcare or equivalent.
A minimum of 1 year working specifically with children.
A caring and calming nature with lots of patience and a positive attitude.
Be fun and relaxed with the children.
Good knowledge of the EYFS learning outcomes and requirements.
Good leadership skills.
The ability to plan fun and engaging activities and plan in the moment taking their lead from the child.
Strong and confident when communicating with parents, other professionals and colleagues.
Desirable -
Highly experienced nursery practitioner.
Experience as a room leader beneficial.
