Job Overview - Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
We are looking for hardworking and reliable labourers to join our team in Hull. Work is offered on a flexible basis, with shifts available on certain days (not guaranteed 5 days per week). For the right person, there is an opportunity to move into a permanent role and progress within the company. Some projects may also require working out of town, with travel provided.
Responsibilities
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed
• Carry out physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
• The ability to perform manual labour
• Good teamwork skills and able to work with colleagues
• Good communication skills to understand instructions and relay information accurately
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required
• CSCS card – optional (if you don't have one, no problem - training support will be provided by us)
• Driving licence – optional (it's an advantage, but not required)
