As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Executive Chef and Head chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchens creating really tasty dishes capable of achieving 2 rosettes and also a separate simple lunchtime menu to cater for busy summer days
This would be a perfect role for a current Junior Sous Chef looking to take on their first Sous Chef position.
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Brockenhurst, Beaulieu, Lymington, Lyndhurst, or possibly Southampton area
