Are you passionate about supporting children with complex health needs? Join us as aHealthcare Support Worker (Band 3)in theInner North West Divisionof London’s largest community healthcare trust.
In this role, you’ll provide respite care at home for children with life-limiting conditions, supporting both them and their families. You’ll work under senior staff, ensuring safe, compassionate care. Opportunities to assist in local Special Schools may also be available.

Details:
• 37.5 hrs/week, flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• Locations: Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster

If you’re dedicated to children’s health and hands-on care, we’d love to hear from you.
• To work as a member of the Kaleidoscope Team to provide care to children with complex health needs or palliative care needs.
• To undertake training required, becoming clinically competent at providing holistic care for individual children, in a range of community settings.
• To occasionally work as a member of the Special School Nursing Team, to provide care to children with complex health needs in school, mainly in relation to the safe delivery of enteral feeds.
