You’ll play a key role in delivering world-class integrated facilities management (IFM) services. This is a highly visible position where you’ll act as the single point of contact for your area, ensuring smooth service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Manager you'll:
- Take ownership of IFM service delivery across your designated areas, always aiming for service excellence
- Be the go-to contact for your business area, ensuring services meet SLA and contract requirements
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver consistently high standards
- Monitor budgets and control costs in line with client agreements
- Ensure full compliance with Sodexo policies, client standards, and all statutory Health & Safety requirements
- Drive service development through planned initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement projects
What we're looking for:
- Background in facilities management or corporate services
- IOSH Working Safely qualification is desirable
- Strong customer focus with a proven ability to motivate and lead teams
- Experience in people management, performance development, and team engagement
- Solid understanding of SHEQ principles, with the ability to manage risks and controls
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- A positive, hands-on leadership style
