Are you a Maths graduate (or completing your degree in 2025) and eager to begin a rewarding teaching career? This salaried, school-based training programme in Leicester gives you the chance to earn while you train, achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in just 12 months, and grow within a supportive and ambitious secondary school — with no tuition fees.

    ‍ Ideal Candidate Profile

    We’re looking for candidates who are:

    • On track to achieve or already holding a 2:1 or above in Maths (or a closely related subject)


    • Studying in 2025, or recently graduated from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university


    • Passionate about education and inspiring students to succeed in Maths


    • Able to commit full-time from September 2025 – July 2026


    • Already eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
