The Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for restoring diamond-cut alloy wheels back to their original factory finish. You'll be operating brand-new CNC lathes in a role that focuses purely on machine operation-no stripping or prepping involved. You'll also play a key part in maintaining quality standards, and for the right candidate, there's potential to train others and progress into a Team Leader position.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operate CNC lathes to refurbish diamond-cut alloy wheels
*Deliver high-quality, precision work
*Follow all company procedures and safety protocols
*Train and mentor junior team members as needed
*Maintain a clean, efficient workspace

*Strong CNC Lathe Operating experience is essential
*Proven experience refurbishing diamond-cut alloy wheels
