Working Pattern:

• Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30

  We’re working closely with a leading aerospace manufacturer based in Redditch who are looking for an experienced MIG Fabricator to join their growing team.

  What You’ll Be Doing

  As a MIG Fabricator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Performing MIG welding to a high standard across various metals.

    
    

  • Fabricating components and structures from engineering drawings.

    
    

  • Accurately reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

    
    

  • Using a range of hand tools, fabrication equipment, and measuring instruments.

    
    

  • Ensuring all products meet strict aerospace quality standards.

    
    

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment.

    
    What We’re Looking For ✅

    • Proven experience as a MIG Fabricator/Welder.

      
      

    • Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings.

      
      

    • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship.

      
      

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      
      

    • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
