We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to provide vital administrative support for projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills to contribute to impactful projects that make a real difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Administration: Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and correspondence.
- Coordination & Logistics: Arrange meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagements; prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Support the preparation of progress reports, financial summaries, and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and community representatives.
- Procurement & Finance Support: Assist with procurement documentation, funding claims, and monitoring project budgets/expenditure.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to relevant policies, funding conditions, and statutory requirements.

Essential:
- HNC/HND level qualification (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in project support or administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
