Crynodeb
Assist the therapists to plan, design and develop rehabilitation plans and therapy and intervention activities within the objectives of the treatment plan. Use specialist technical and creative skills to facilitate the preparation and implementation of AHP occupation/communication focused tools and approaches as a member of the MDT in order to promote recovery, wellbeing and maximise independence. Deliver 1:1 and group treatment to patients monitoring their progress and making minor adaptations as required within sessions. Contribute their observations of the communication and occupational barriers and strengths of the individuals based on a foundation theoretical knowledge of communication, language and occupation.
