Job Summary
Business Support Specialists provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily operations, customer service excellence, and smooth execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
Handle front-line communications: emails, calls, inquiries, and ticketing.
Support onboarding, training logistics, and compliance documentation.
Maintain and organize files, records, and knowledge bases; ensure data accuracy.
Process routine transactions (invoicing, payments, purchase orders) and assist with budgeting accuracy.
Coordinate facilities, equipment, and IT access as needed.
Produce routine reports, metrics, and performance dashboards.
Assist with project support tasks, including creating presentations and meeting materials.
Support process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; reliable and proactive.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
Basic math and budgeting awareness; ability to handle confidential information.
