Due to increasing work volumes we are looking for a self motivated individual to join our growing business in Colchester.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles.
Duties to include:
Carrying out HGV & PSV Inspections & Servicing
Vehicle Diagnostics
MOT Preparation
General vehicle repairs and maintenance
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm with occasional Saturdays as and when required
The right candidate will :
Have previous experience working in a busy workshop
Have a full UK driving license (HGV preferable but not essential)
Have a strong awareness of health & Safety
Be reliable and trustworthy
Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Take pride in their work
Welding qualification desirable but not essential
Rate of Pay negotiable depending on experience.
