About Us

PerpetuityARC, a Mitie PLC company, is a recognised leader in Security Management training. We deliver high-quality educational programmes to commercial practitioners through both online and classroom formats, ranging from Level 2 qualifications to full MSc degrees.

As we continue to expand we will shortly be opening a new Training Centre in Birmingham, and are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a pivotal support role.

This position is ideal for a recent MSc graduate or a professional seeking to transition into the education sector from within the Security Management field.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager and working with the MSc Academic Programme Team Leader, you will provide comprehensive support across a range of academic and operational activities. You will also deputise for either manager during periods of absence, ensuring continuity and high standards of delivery.



Key Responsibilities

-Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programmes.

-Advise prospective learners on course suitability and entry requirements.

-Provide academic support to learners via email, telephone, and virtual platforms.

-Coordinate and participate in assignment marking and internal quality assurance processes.

-Assist in the administration and delivery of the MSc programme.

-Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with academic standards.



Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

-MSc in Security Management or a related discipline (e.g., Criminology, Risk Management).

-Strong organisational and time management capabilities.

-Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

-High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

-Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

-A flexible, positive, and professional approach to work.



Desirable (but not essential):

-Teaching and/or assessor qualifications.

-UK driving licence and access to transport.
