Crynodeb
• Build/operate cloud networking (segmentation, routing/peering, VPNs), WAF/CDN and load balancing for ReportWaste.
• Monitor availability/latency; triage alerts; lead incident response; close post-incident actions.
• Own backup/restore spot-checks and DR exercises (meeting RTO/RPO); maintain evidence.
• Maintain IAM/MFA and run joiner/mover/leaver and quarterly access reviews.
• Patch & vulnerability management; CAB-approved changes; keep runbooks up to date.
• Oversee secure integrations (payments, GIS/maps, email/SMS), including key/secret rotation.
• Produce SLA reports and collaborate with Engineering/Support on capacity/performance.
