Support Worker/PA Job Description
I work as a self-employed artist and storyteller; I live with my partner, our teenage daughter and our cat. I have multiple sclerosis and use a wheelchair outside of the house. In addition to obvious physical symptoms, I suffer from extreme fatigue which means that sometimes I struggle to speak and my breathing can become very raspy. I enjoy open water swimming, gardening, wildlife, reading, sewing, crafting and am a disability rights campaigner.

Working hours could be anytime between 9.30 & 4.00 which we would reach by mutual agreement and would ideally be Tuesday and Thursday or Friday, however there is room for some negotiation.
The job offers a lot of variety and each day may be different. Good communication skills and understanding of my needs which may vary depending on my health, are essential. Ideally I’m looking for someone who has some experience in term of looking after a person with needs, someone who will enjoy a chat over a cup of tea
