We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicatedLead Practitioner - Englishto join our vibrant and high-achieving English department at Leigh Academy Mascalls. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to become part of a supportive team and contribute to our students' academic success and personal growth.

As an English Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across all key stages, fostering a love for literature and language in our students. You will be an integral part of a department known for its collaborative spirit and innovative teaching practices. In addition to delivering exemplary lessons, you will be mentoring colleagues, and leveraging data analysis to drive continuous improvement within the department. You'll champion positive student engagement by establishing high expectations and creating an inspiring learning environment.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a genuine passion for English. You should have a strong subject knowledge and a proven ability to deliver excellent teaching.
