Position: Restaurant Manager - JD Wetherspoon
Type: Full-Time / Permanent 
Bonus: Up to 10% Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of a lively JD Wetherspoon front-of-house team, setting the pace, leading by example, and inspiring your team to achieve their best every day. You'll:

Lead with Impact: Motivate and coach your team, celebrate successes, and help individuals grow with constructive feedback.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure smooth operations by managing budgets, resources, and compliance, keeping everything safe and on track. 
Create Memorable Moments: Focus on every guest, elevate service, and turn challenges into opportunities to wow.
Drive Performance: Champion high standards, encourage innovation, and continuously improve how we serve.

Requirements  
- Proven experience in roles such as Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Front of House Manager, or a similar leadership position. 
- Strong leadership and communication skills. 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities. 
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations. 
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills. 
- Experience in budgeting and financial management. 
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
