About the Role:
HRGO Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing, multi-brand company based in Hailsham that specialises in innovative products for the HVAC/R industry. With over 15 trade brands under their belt and a global presence, this business is in an exciting transition - streamlining and automating their workflows to free up more time for creative innovation.

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join their vibrant in-house team. If you're full of fresh ideas, detail-focused, and passionate about smart, modern design processes, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your creative career in a fast-moving and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visual content from concept to execution.

  • Design across various platforms including social media, websites, digital campaigns, and print materials - all in line with brand guidelines.

  • Support basic motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut - a bonus, not essential).

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design templates, workflows, and a reusable asset library.

  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure brand consistency and impactful design.

  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting tight deadlines when needed.

  • Stay curious, learn new tools, and continually develop your design skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and solid design fundamentals.

  • Awareness of current design trends, tools, and digital innovations.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
