We have an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter to join one of the largest construction, development and property services companies in the UK, who work in partnership with local authorities and housing associations.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner.
- Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
- City & Guilds/NVQ in Carpentry OR Carpenter CSCS Card (essential)
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
- Basic DBS Certificate
