Summary
We are looking for a Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years' permanent experience.
About the Team:
Your role will be to support individuals facing mental health challenges by assessing their needs, creating tailored care plans, and providing emotional and practical support. They work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, advocate for access to essential services, and respond to crises, ensuring safety and well-being.
About You:
To be considered, you must have:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
- Previous experience within an Adult Social Work Team is essential.
- A full UK Driver's License is essential
