Position Administrative Assistant/ReceptionistContract Permanent Salary SP5 £13,307.43-£14,148.97 Actual. (27,634-29,604 FTE)3 days/20 hours per week 8:30am to 4:30pm Mon/Tue (30 minutes unpaid lunch break) 11:30am-4:30pm Wed.39 weeks a year (term time plus 3 inset days.) Reporting to Office Manager/School Business ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join us at Chandlers Field Primary School. We are a 2-form entry school, with a 78-place nursery, located in West Molesey Surrey.This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.
The successful candidates will:
• Minimum 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.
• Familiar with one or more of the specific processes used in business, communication, financial or HR administration.
• Ability to apply relevant health and safety, equality and diversity, and other county/service policies and procedures.
• Competent in a range of IT tools.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service.
• Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to build sound relationships with staff and customers.
• Ability to prioritise and plan own workload in the context of conflicting priorities, whilst supporting colleagues.
• Experience of working successfully in a busy office environment.
