What you’ll do:Lead safeguarding investigations, taking accurate statements and handling disclosures sensitively.Liaise with students, staff, families, and external agencies to manage cases effectively.Produce detailed investigation reports and maintain accurate records.Provide ongoing welfare checks and well-being support for students.Represent safeguarding at Mental Health Support Plan meetings and multi-agency forums.Deliver advice, guidance, and safeguarding training to staff.Contribute to the smooth running of the Support Hub, promoting continuous improvement.What we’re looking for:Level 3 Safeguarding qualification (training can be provided).
