We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team at Beauchamp College. This is a full-time post working term time only (plus 2 additional weeks).
Job overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and maintaining databases for student interventions, as well as processing academic data to support decision-making processes. The position requires proficiency in Excel, strong database management skills, and ideally experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI. The Data Administrator will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the successful setup, management, and analysis of academic and intervention-related data.
Job requirements
Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
A high level of verbal and written communication standards
Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
