We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispensary Manager to join our busy pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of the dispensary, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services.
Manage and supervise dispensary staff, providing training and support where necessary.
Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Maintain accurate stock control and ordering processes.
Deliver excellent customer service and support the healthcare needs of the community.
Work closely with the pharmacist and wider team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a dispensary (management experience preferred).
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
