We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team in Morpeth, focusing on a range of high-quality refurbishment projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, hands-on professional to take a leading role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise & Manage: Oversee all day-to-day site operations, including managing tradespeople, subcontractors, and direct labour.
- Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment.
- Project Delivery: Drive the project schedule, ensuring all works are completed efficiently and to the required specifications. Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets our high-quality standards and rectify any defects.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact on-site, communicating effectively with the project manager, clients, and the workforce. Provide regular progress reports and address any issues that arise.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and timesheets.
- Proven Experience: You must have a solid background in site supervision, with specific experience in refurbishment and fit-out projects.
- Qualifications: A valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid
