Aldenham Parish Council is seeking an experienced and proactive Council Manager to lead its operations and strategic initiatives. This pivotal role offers a rewarding challenge – ensuring the Council functions effectively, meets statutory requirements, and delivers exceptional services to the community.

You will oversee the implementation of the Business Plan, driving the Council’s efforts to achieve its outlined priorities effectively and strategically. With strong commercial acumen and outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, you will navigate the complexities of local government while guiding Councillors and partners to remain focused on the needs and aspirations of Aldenham’s residents.

About Aldenham
Aldenham is a picturesque parish in Hertfordshire, known for its historic charm, green spaces, and vibrant community. Aldenham Parish Council is dedicated to serving the residents of Radlett and Aldenham, ensuring the preservation of its rich heritage while fostering sustainable growth. The council owns or leases over 60 acres of land, manages local services, represents community interests, and works closely with Hertsmere Borough Council and Hertfordshire County Council to influence broader initiatives.

Interviews will be held on 7th October and for those invited to second stage, these will be held on 13th October 2025.
