Head Chef required to run the kitchen at this award Hotel and restaurant located close to Huntingdon
The owners of the hotel are looking for a Head Chef to run the kitchens and create award winning menus whilst being financially aware of costs ensuring all dishes are correctly costed
As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Owner and General Manager ensuring the hotel retains its current reputation and be part of the team pushing standards forward
This would be a perfect role for a current Head Chef but a strong Senior Sous Chef would be considered if they can demonstrate strong leadership skills required for the role
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots, Thrapston, Peterborough or possibly Cambridge area
