About the Role

We are looking for reliable Seasonal Bakery Operatives to join our production team during our busy period on a 4 month fixed term contract with the potential to be made permanent.

In this hands-on role, you will support the preparation, baking, finishing and packing of a variety of bakery products to the highest quality standards.

Four Anjels has recently joined the Olidor Group, a growing portfolio of companies within the food industry. The Olidor Group also includes Brusco Food Group, an industry expert in ingredients supply, Karimix, a specialist worldwide inspired sauce producer, and The Original Baker, a producer of premium artisan baked goods.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
• Report any issues or non-conformances to the supervisor.
• Ensure only in-date, approved ingredients are used.
• Comply with HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Maintain personal hygiene and follow company hygiene policies.
• Follow a clean-as-you-go policy during and after shifts.
• Pack and prepare products for dispatch.
• Take part in training and staff meetings as needed.
• Carry out additional tasks as required. (Full training provided).

What You Bring

• Previous experience in food manufacturing is desirable, but full training would be provided.
• Basic understanding of hygiene practices in a food production environment.
• Awareness of food safety standards such as HACCP and BRC would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• A flexible, proactive and solution focused approach.

Hourly Rate: £12.25 per hour

Contract: Fixed Term Contract, from 1st September to 19th December.
Shifts Available Onsite: 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm.
