Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a Lettings & Neighbourhoods Officer, permanently, working 29 hours per week, based in Workington with a salary of £32,640 - £34,680 per annum (FTE based on 36.25 hours per week) .

As a Lettings & Neighbourhoods Officer, you would be part of a friendly, professional and customer focused team with responsibility to deliver an excellent service across all aspects of lettings and tenancy management, including issues of safeguarding and anti-social behaviour. Having previous experience working within social housing, you will be self-motivated with a positive attitude and able to work to tight deadlines.
To be successful in this role you will have skills and experience that includes:
• Delivering an excellent service across all aspects of lettings, tenancy management, resident engagement, safeguarding and anti-social behaviour
• Maintaining accurate and timely marketing information for vacant properties
• Excellent customer care and engagement
• Meeting team targets and responding to all customer enquiries
