What you’ll actually be doing:
• Speaking to trade and retail customers on the phone, following up warm leads, and converting sales
• Matching customers to the right products (think timber, sheds, decking, fencing, outdoor living, home improvement)
• Spotting upsell opportunities and building strong, long-term customer relationships
• Handling admin like call notes, follow-ups, and scheduling through the company’s state-of-the-art sales system
• Feeding customer insights back into the product team to help shape future ranges
Who this suits:
• Someone with sales experience – whether that’s trade counter, telesales, B2B, B2C, or home/garden product sales
• A go-getter with tenacity, energy, and drive – not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen
