Your Role

As a Community Carer, you’ll provide warm, person-centred care in clients’ homes, including:

Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Support with meals and hydration
Medication prompts and administration
Emotional reassurance and companionship
Mobility assistance
Light household tasks (tidying, laundry, fresh linens)
Recording care via our easy-to-use mobile app
You’ll become a trusted presence—offering practical help and heartfelt support when it matters most.

Working Hours

We especially welcome availability during evenings and weekends. Shifts include:

Evenings: Typically 4:00pm–10:00pm
Weekends: Mornings, afternoons, or full days
Extra Shifts: Pick up additional hours via our Click to Care app
We’ll collaborate with you to build a rota that suits your availability while ensuring consistent care for our clients.

Important: Rural Driving Required

Many of our clients live in remote countryside locations, often accessed via narrow country lanes. You’ll need:

A full UK driving licence
Access to a reliable vehicle
Confidence driving in rural areas and all weather conditions
