We are currently recruiting for a Business Management Support Officer to support the Defence Electromagnetic Authority (DEMA). If successful, you will be responsible for a wide range of business support and administrative activities that enable the smooth day-to-day operation of the DEMA Team and contribute to the achievement of its objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the team’s SharePoint sites and ensure iHub multi-user accounts are actively monitored and tasks actioned.
Act as Local IT Security Officer/Authorised Requester.
Engage with stakeholders across the DEMA team to support delivery of business management and team support services.
Undertake asset, information and records management activities in line with MOD policy.
Collect and process data, producing management information and reports in agreed templates and formats.
Provide day-to-day business and administrative support to enable team objectives to be achieved.
Support the DEMA Data Manager in identifying and implementing improvements to working practices and enhancing customer experience.
