Crynodeb
The Hotel Services Supervisor role is to support and work alongside the Hotel Services team, to provide a well managed environment. Delivering the highest standards of cleanliness to meet and exceed the trusts targets. To support and facilitate the ward Chefs to deliver a well presented and well balanced diet, with consideration for patients and service users with a range of food intolerances and allergies. To support, train and develop all the members of the hotel services team under the supervision of the Ward Manager. To work in conjunction with and alongside the ward receptionist to ensure the correct and timely ordering of stock, equipment and sundries required in the day to day running of Parkside Ward.
