We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis Pastry Chef to join our award-winning culinary team at a prestigious luxury hotel and spa. Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standards.
-Work closely with the Pastry Chef and kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality.
-Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with food safety and hygiene standards.
-Contribute creative ideas for new menu items and seasonal offerings.
-Support the team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Requirements:
-Basic experience in a professional kitchen or pastry environment (training provided for the right candidate).
-Passion for pastry and a desire to learn and grow in a luxury setting.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
-Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
