Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bar and Lounge Assistant to join our vibrant team at a prestigious luxury hotel and spa. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a renowned hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, to high standards.
-Provide friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the bar and lounge areas.
-Assist with stock management, including restocking and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
-Support the bar team in delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
-Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
-Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
-A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
-Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Basic knowledge of beverages and a willingness to learn.
