Are you an experienced care home manager looking to join a fast-growing care organisation with a strong commitment to quality and innovation? I am seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a medium-sized residential care home near Bishops Stortford.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding organisation that puts residents and staff at the heart of everything it does.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the home. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality care, maintain compliance with CQC standards, and foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong and effective leadership to the care team
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Maintain or improve care standards within the home
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized care home
Deliver person-centred care, with a focus on dementia support
Engage with residents, families, and external professionals
Support staff development and manage team performance
Ideal Candidate:
Must be an experienced Registered Manager
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Proven experience managing a medium-sized care home
Strong understanding and practical experience in dementia care
Ideally holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement
