At ISL, based in Birkenhead, Wirral, we operate a supported living project dedicated to empowering individuals with varied needs relating to Learning Disability & Physical Disability including multiple complex needs.

Our service supports individuals in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. We aim to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible.

What you’ll do:
You will provide outcome-focused, person-centered support that promotes independence and maximises opportunities for the people we support. Your role will include:

· Supporting with medication management
· Teaching and encouraging life skills
· Assisting with daily living tasks
· Facilitating community access and engagement
· Providing personal care
· Helping manage tenancies
· Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support
· Supporting clients with personal care

Who we’re looking for:
We need full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (23.5 hours) staff ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota and you will be required to be on call on a rota basis.

Additional Information:
All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
