Ideal Candidate Profile:

Essential Requirements:

2:1+ degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, English, Maths particularly valued)
• Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills across all primary subjects
• Outstanding communication with children aged 4-11 and rapport-building with parents/staff
• Patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)

Highly Desirable:

• Previous experience with children (volunteering, tutoring, sports coaching, childcare)
• Multilingual abilities to support diverse pupil populations
• Creative skills (art, music, drama) to enhance learning experiences
• Understanding of child development and primary curriculum frameworks
