Your Profile - Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant:

Essential Requirements:

2:1+ degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, English, Maths particularly valued)
Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills - ability to support learning across all primary subjects
Outstanding communication - engaging naturally with children aged 4-11 and building rapport with parents/staff
Emotional intelligence - patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations
Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)

Highly Desirable:

• Previous experience with children (volunteering, tutoring, sports coaching, childcare)
Multilingual abilities to support diverse pupil populations
